Your use of the Fuvii platform through our website at www.fuvii.com or any mobile/web application we provide (the “App”) will be governed by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any related terms.

Fuvii is a digital platform operated by Edlar Business Service Private Limited, designed to help local businesses grow online by providing Google visibility, AI chatbots, customer engagement tools, paid advertising management, and other AI-driven solutions.

Certain features of Fuvii may be subject to subscription or service fees. Pricing will be communicated on our website or directly to you. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable charges.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edlar Business Service Private Limited, its officers, employees and affiliates against any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of our Platform, your breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
Our Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to our Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Fuvii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 12 months for access to our Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account by contacting us at syed@fuvii.com.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
