What are AI credits used for?+
AI credits are used when AI generation is needed — for example to create or refine content, images, ad creatives and videos. The services you select define your usage, while credits are the AI-generation allowance available to produce that work.
How does Fuvii avoid wasting my AI credits?+
We try to align the creative direction before using credits on expensive generations. For example, for AI videos our team can first show you reference images and the proposed direction. Once you are happy with the direction, we move to video generation. This reduces unnecessary generations and wasted credits.
What if I want more changes or revisions?+
Our team will continue working within the AI credits available in your account. If additional generations or changes exhaust those credits, you can purchase more credits so the team can continue refining the work until you get the output you want.
Are AI credits the same as the services in my plan?+
No. Your selected services define your monthly platform usage. AI credits are consumed when AI tools generate or refine content, images, ads or videos — whether you use the platform yourself, with your team, or through a dedicated Fuvii manager.
How is the Dedicated Content Manager priced?+
The Content Manager is optional and is calculated from the content in your plan: ₹25 per social/Google post, ₹800 per 15 seconds of social video, ₹25 per static image ad and ₹800 per 15 seconds of video ads. A 30-second video therefore adds ₹1,600 in Content Manager fees.
Can I change my plan?+
Yes. You can build the plan around what your business needs and adjust the mix as those needs change.
Is my Meta or Google ad spend included?+
No. Paid Ads Manager pricing covers campaign management and optimisation by our team. Your actual advertising budget is paid separately to Meta or Google.
How do the half-yearly and annual discounts work?+
Monthly billing has no discount. Half-yearly billing gives you 10% off the six-month service total, and annual billing gives you 20% off the twelve-month service total. The discount is applied first, and GST is then calculated on the discounted amount.
Is GST included?+
The service prices are shown before tax. GST at 18% is calculated separately in the cart and added to your monthly total.
